Welcome to Amica Senior Lifestyles’ (“Amica”) Job Alerts service (the “Service”). By signing up for our job alerts, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before subscribing. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Overview of Services
The Service allows individuals to receive email notifications about job opportunities at Amica that match their interests.

Eligibility
To use the Service, you must (i) be at least 18 years old; (ii) provide accurate and complete information during the subscription process; (iii) refrain from using the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities; (iii) agree to these Terms.

By subscribing to the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as follows: Amica may collect your name, email address, job preferences, and other information you provide during subscription. This information will be used solely for delivering job alerts and improving the Service. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Your information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the Service or as required by our policies or applicable law. You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting Amica at legal@amica.ca.

Subscription Management
You may update your subscription preferences or unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in the job alert emails. Amica reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Amica and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability
Amica is not responsible for any errors or delays in the delivery of job alerts, the suitability of job opportunities sent to you or any technical issues beyond Amica’s control.

Changes to Terms Amica reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
